Watercat 1300 Patrol

One of the best-selling boats is the Watercat 1300 Patrol boat. This vessel is ideal for patrolling, interception and SAR tasks in all weather conditions.

Due to the wide range of operating characteristics of Watercat 1300 Patrol boat, the Finnish Border Guard acquired a total of 23 vessels.

Propulsion is provided via two 478 kW diesel engines with waterjets. Top speed exceeds 40 knots, with a range exceeding 230 nautical miles fully loaded. The modern hull design of this vessel guarantees excellent handling and seakeeping capability in all sea states.

The Watercat 1300 Patrol features onboard automatic air conditioning for all-climate operations, and modern integrated navigation and communication systems comes as standard, including comprehensive radio equipment and data communications. Mounted two-way speaker devices provide communication whilst on operations. State-of-the-art surveillance camera ensures the boat’s capability to fulfil a range of different tasks – as was designed according to FMAW (NBS-Y) workboat regulations.
